● Availability of funds required to cover the costs for concept store opening, in accordance with the brand standards of trademarks stores.
● Compliance with corporate style, equipment, shop interior requirements of the company.
● Making of preseason order for a prescribed amount of commodity units.
● Implementation of goods to the purchaser by the recommended prices.
● Compliance with financial discipline and other conditions of the contract.
