The history of ULTRAGROUP began in 2005 with an ambitious goal — to develop modern fashion retail in Ukraine and represent global brands at the highest level. It was at that time that the company opened its first Levi’s stores in various cities across Ukraine and became the official and exclusive distributor of this legendary American brand in the country. This marked an important step in the development of the company’s future retail network.

In 2008, ULTRAGROUP actively expanded its market presence, opening 21 new stores for the brands Baldinini, Levi’s, and Karl Lagerfeld, thereby strengthening its position in the premium fashion retail segment.

The next important step came in 2016, when ULTRAGROUP entered the e-commerce market and launched the development of its online platform, ULTRASHOP. This made shopping for fashion brands even more accessible to customers across Ukraine.

In 2017, the company continued to expand its brand portfolio, opening stores of the British brand Superdry in Kyiv and Odesa, as well as a store of the German brand BOSS in the capital.

In 2018, a store of the youth-oriented and innovative brand HUGO was opened, while the Guess network grew rapidly, expanding to 18 stores across Ukraine.

In 2020, ULTRAGROUP took another strategic step by opening its first ULTRASHOP multi-brand store, bringing together leading global brands in a single space.

The year 2022 marked a period of active growth, as the company opened 12 new stores of Karl Lagerfeld, BOSS, and Levi’s, as well as 11 ULTRASHOP multi-brand stores. In the same year, ULTRAGROUP became the official representative of the Guess Kids brand in Ukraine.

In 2023, the company’s brand portfolio was expanded with new international names: BOSS Kids, Moschino, Antony Morato, and Liu Jo.

In 2024, ULTRAGROUP created a new fashion space, KIXX, and opened stores in Kyiv and Odesa. The brand portfolio was also expanded with three new lines: HUGO Kids, HUGO Blue, and ENTJPN.

In 2025, the company took another important step in the development of omnichannel retail by launching the ULTRASHOP mobile application and continuing to open new mono-brand and multi-brand stores.

Today, ULTRAGROUP is one of the key fashion retailers in Ukraine, bringing together leading global brands, modern retail spaces, and convenient online services for millions of customers.
